Fuerteventura Airport is a popular arrival point for millions of local and international tourists, as it is located on the Canary Island of Fuerteventura. The airport is found on the eastern coastline of the island, just five kilometers from Puerto del Rosario, the capital of Fuerteventura, and also nearby many other prominent island areas. The majority of care hire companies at Fuerteventura Airport have a minimum rental age of 21, and all primary renters and additional drivers listed on the rental agreement should be present with their driving licenses to collect the vehicle. Most local driving licenses are accepted, provided that they are printed in a Roman alphabet, however, most companies will accept a license from Greece.
